Very nervous about my dad..

My husband and I went to disney last summer for the first time and had a wonderful time! Well my mom and dad have decided when my husband and I go again in December 2010 they want to come with us which I'm very happy about.. but my dad has only one leg and has a prosthetic but will have to be in a wheel chair in order to get around. I need to know how to handle the airline and disney. I want him to be able to really enjoy himself. I just want us to be prepared. So any advice would be very appreciated!
