Your MVMCP ticket will allow you to book FP's from 4pm-7pm, but I'm pretty certain it won't let you if you already have FPs at another park booked.

I was able to book FP w/o my party tix being linked up, for 4:45 on our party night. No previous FP that day tho as we aren't doing another park prior.
