Very Late Breakfast ADR 1900 PF

Thanks to my fellow Dis'ers I've decided on 1900 Park Faire for breakfast. As of now, the only ADR we can get on the day we want is 11:10. Breakfast stops at noon. I was curious if anyone had any experience with very late breakfast ADRs at 1900 or any other buffet. I am concerned about getting just whatever they have left, for example if they run out of bacon at 11:15 well then they're out of bacon, that type of thing. What time do they start switching over to lunch, we really want the breakfast items not the lunch items. I am hoping something a little earlier will open up closer to our date, but as of right now this is what I have to work with.

1900PF doesn't serve lunch, only breakfast and dinner. We have eaten late breakfast there many times and they keep the buffet fully stocked until the very end (approximately an hour after the last available seating).

i dined at 1900 PF last july at 11:05am.
we did this on purpose because my family does not like to eat a ton early in the morning but wanted tthe chance to go for breakfast vs dinner.
it was more like lunch for us as we had already had a small bite for breakfast earlier in the morning.

there is no need to be concerned about just getting "scraps".
they were bringing fresh food out while we were there.
and they have a station where you can customize an omelet and they make it fresh for you.
and the food is delicious!

the only thing i took issue with was the character interaction.
idk if it was because it was so late and almost the end of the character's shifts or if it was because we did not have young kids but the mad hatter was disappointing and he was the interaction i was looking forward to the most.
and it was not for lack of enthusiasm on our part. after he quickly took pics with us barely saying a word he moved on to a table with 2 little boys and was his zany self.
the other characters were ok but still not as playful as i saw them with others.

We did a last-minute late breakfast ADR at 1900 Park Fare a few years ago. No problem whatsoever with the food, we were able to get everything we wanted. We had the opposite experience with the characters, since the place was kind of dead and emptying out, we had Alice and the Mad Hatter hanging out at our table with us long past what we would normally expect.

We had the opposite experience with the characters, since the place was kind of dead and emptying out, we had Alice and the Mad Hatter hanging out at our table with us long past what we would normally expect.

it was pretty much empty when we went as well so i was surprised at the disappointing interaction.
mad hatter stayed at the table with the 2 boys for literally 10 minutes!
the one other thing i found to be very odd was that when we were brought our pic to look at and decide it we wanted to buy the woman insisted that we were all CM's in the DCP.
(my sister was 34, i was 28, my niece and her friend were 15)
she kept saying that we would get a discount on the pic if one of us showed our CM badge.
we had to tell her 3 times that we were not CM's.
she only believed us after we told her how old we were, where we were from, and that my sister was a teacher and my niece and her friend were still in high school.
