can anyone point me in the direction of very very last minute trip deals? like for this weekend? thanks!

First, you should check mousesavers.com. They often times offer discounts to various hotels near WDW and you could score a deal. I would also check orbitz as sometimes they offer last minute WDW discounts. Have you also checked hotwire? Again, you could score a deal. And lastly, WDW may be offering a room only discount to the public, but you would find this either on Mousesavers, or someome from these boards might post about it.
