Very Last Day of F&W Festival

I am planning on getting to WDW on Sunday, 11/9 but there is no way I will attempt the F&W festival that day - I have been on the last weekend and it was way too crowded for me. Since Monday the 10th is Veteran's Day will it be just as crowded? Will everything still be set up on Monday?

I was there last year, it was crowded. Also towards everning I noticed that the booths had items marked sold out.

We attended both Sunday and Monday last year. Sunday's crowd was insane. Monday was not quite as bad. I did not run into any items being sold out at the kiosks I visited. We also returned on Tuesday and were amazed how quickly the kiosks started to disappear.
