Hi everyone,
I just wanted to post a wonderful experience I had today with a Disney cast member. I called WDW-DINE to make a change to some priority seatings that I have. The guy was helpful and made my first change. During the process of the next one we were cut off. In a few seconds the phone rang. It was the nice guy helping me with my P.S. I was very impressed. Well, he said he didn't have availability to accomodate my change. I said thank you and we ended our call. A few seconds later the phone rang again. It was the same nice cm. He found availability after we hung up and called to tell me he would make the change for me. I have never had service like that CRO or the dining agents before. The only time I've received that level of service in making ps's or reservations was through concierge planning.
Ijust wanted to brag on a very nice and helpful cm that went beyond the level of basic service and helped to make Disney the overall wonderful experience that we all love.
