ok as you can see, i absolutely LOVED the movie High School Musical. i want to tape it the next time it is on Disney Channel. but i have a problem. i can tape the movie but i don't want it to be on a VHS forever. so isn't there a store or place you can go to where it put the stuff on the VHS onto a DVD?? i would really like to know bc i love the movie so much and i want to be able to watch it a million times in my room because i have a DVD player in my room. please help, and while you are helping me, admire my awesome signature, LOL. yes i know i have an obsession with the movie and yes i am admitting i have a problem, but that is ok. i still need your help. so is there a place where you can trun your VHS's into DVD's???????????

Relax -- It's Disney. I'd be willing to be a small sum of money that it'll end up on DVD at some point.

Plus with how many times it was on in my house this weekend (OMG), I am sure Disney is getting ready for sale as we speak. Just give them some time. Disney will probably air it more times on the Disney Channel then I would like as well.

Disney Channel will be airing it again on Wednesday (January 25) and next Thursday (February 2) at 8 PM Eastern - and probably again and again in the future. No word on the web yet about when it might be out on DVD, but a fair number of DCOMs have been showing up on DVD lately, so there's hope. If nothing else, see if someone you know has a DVR (digital video recorder) and could burn it to a DVD for you.

ty all. i really hope it does come out on DVD. i also have a wonderful sister who has TVo, if any of you know what that is, and she could put it onto a VHS for me. a VHS would be fine with me because we have a VHS player and i can just put that into my room because we never use it anymore.
