Very Happy About No More Comforters by 2014

I spoke with member satisfaction today, and while doing so, I asked how often the comforters at OKW are supposed to be cleaned. I was told they exchange them about every 4th guest and dry clean them. That's actually better than I expected.

Sure hope that is really true

If stays average a week or so, then that's what has been stated - about once a month.

We always carry our own thin comforter and pack away the big quilt into the closet. The things are way too heavy.
