Is it OK to take small rucksacks on rides at DLRP?

No proplem at all - on Star Tours there is even a luggage rack under your seat, then you are going into hyperspace so you need your hands free to hold on

How does one book the Fantasyland breakfast before-hand?
Is there a phone number or a website?

Jan, am I right in thinking you have not booked your hotel yet? Are you still thinking of staying at the Santa Fe? My apologies if I have remembered incorrectly! The Fantasyland breakfast is for guests staying at Newport Bay, Sequoia Lodge, Cheyenne or Santa Fe subject to availability that's why its best to book it at the time you arrange your hotel. I don't think it can be booked via the website but has to be done by phone. Hope this link here helps with the phone number.
