Just found this site and thread...like I need another reason to come to the DIS!! My message was written in Russian, and I can't translate it since I can't type in it! I couldn't cut and paste, either. Altho my ancestry is Russian...can only swear and say the responses in church!. That doesn't look right together, does it??

Wondering what it means.

English letter translation is:
Derzhi kraba.

this is one I replied to today and my reply and at least one other is not there anymore, but I remember the first two. Strange, all I said is that my dog sleeps in my bed, and I remember someone else said they didn't have a basket. Oh, well. It could be a duplicate, but it would be strange for there to be 2 identical posts.

I'm really disappointed that it appears that we are being deleted. I am not going to identify myself anymore as a diser. If I put thought or wit into a response I don't want it disappearing. It really stinks.

Actually I think that messages are somehow duplicating themselves or are ending up in two different places at once. One message in the beginning that someone posted as having received, I received a minute or two before and it was at the same point as I had received it without my reply. Not enough time for someone to get it inbetween us and delete anything.

Who knows what's really going on?
If messages are being deleted, then probably the only ones that knows that for sure are the one's doing the deleting.


But if I delete or alter and messages, I put in that I did that.
I just had one that was a "hello" message. Someone put this huge spout about finding God and praying for all these people that they named.
I deleted most of it and said that I did that. It's one thing to say "Praise God" or some such thing. Quite another to post a very long spout about it in a post of another topic.
