Not sure if this info has already been posted...I signed up for the Valuemax offer on SR ...it credited very quickly but it is one of those offers that signs you up to Savings Smart as well.I cancelled both through an automated voicemail system this morning. HTH

There are a bunch of those that suck you into the SavingSmart one too that you have to cancel both. Lucky for me, when I have signed up, my credit card has denied the SavingSmart charge so there is no account to cancel.

Thanks for the info. Did you have to call two separate numbers to cancel both? Are they both automated? Do you receive a cancellation number?

For the ValueMax and SavingSmart you have to call BOTH...the numbers are 1.888.205.2257 (VM) and 1.800.316.8774 (SS). They are automated, but you do NOT get a confirmation number, but USUALLY you will get an e-mail confirming the cancellation within a day or so.

they were both automated and I did not receive a confirmation number..but I did send flollow up emails to customer service at both asking for an email confirmation of my cancellations detailing my membership#'s and date/time I canceled.
