Versus for hockey fans???

Staying at Bay Lake Tower starting tomorrow..........does anyone know if they get Versus so we can watch our beloved Hawks play in the Stanley Cup Playoffs?

Sorry, no Versus. I'm not a hockey fan, but I am a PBR bull riding fan, and Versus is the only network that carries the PBR. Boy, do I wish I could watch bull riding at WDW, but sadly, No.

I ran into this last week when I was staying at AKL. I would suggest heading over to the Boardwalk and the ESPN club to watch it if you don't want to miss it.

That is what we did last week for the Flyers game 7.

Try ESPNZone at the Boardwalk, they run NFL games not on ESPN, I have to think they have some kind of NHL package. You could also try the Orlando Alehouse which is close to DTD, right outside the property entrance across from Crossroads. That's probably your best options.

ESPNZone will most definitely have the game on for you over at the Boardwalk (like the early poster said about Flyers Game 7)

BLT does not get Versus.

Although Sunday afternoon's Blackhawks game is going to be on NBC - which you should be able to see in your room - but ESPN Zone will probably be much cooler.

For future reference... Slingbox. We put one on our home cable box, and watch all the hometown games from anywhere we have internet access. Watched Minnesota hockey from a beachside room in Acapulco. Best $200 I ever spent!

Not everyone can afford $200 for a slingbox... there are some poor folk out there. ;-)

No just teasing you, its a good idea. Actually if you have Dish Network, the new Dish DVR receiver 922 has Slingbox built into it.
