Vero shopping question

Hello all-
DH and I are going to VB in August for 4 days (no kids ) for our 19th wedding anniversary. We haven't been to VB since 2001 and can't remember where the best place is to pick up snacks, wine, etc. We are flying into West Palm and renting a convertible and driving up. Any thoughts?

we just got back from vero just over a week ago.

There is a very nice Publix not too far away. When you are leaving the resort turn right. Then at the first intersection turn left. Go down about a mile or so I can't remember the name of the road (maybe someone else will know). There is a CVS pharmacy on the left. Turn right and go down maybe 2 miles. There is a Wal-greens first and then the Publix setting back just a bit on the left hand side of the road.

You can also ask for directions at the desk when you check in. That is what we did. They have a map with points of interest, grocery stores and pharmacys marked.

As DVCJen states there is a nice Publix on route 1. Right out of resort, left at first light, go over the bridge and go to route 1. Make a right and go about one mile of so. We were just there in May.
