Vero Questions

My family is going to Vero in two weeks and although we have previously visited, we still have questions.

1. Do I need to call in advance to schedule a massage onsite or can I wait until I arrive?
2. Do I need to reserve a spot for my son to get surfing lessons ahead of time or can I wait until we arrive?
3. Is there a menu for Bleacher's posted somewhere?
4. Where can I find a recent listing of activities and prices?
