Vero questions

off to Vero beach in a couple weeks. We were there a few years ago and had a great time.

1) My memory isn't the best so I'm trying to remember if there are barbecues availible? If so- gas or charcoal. If No- any reason I can't bring my portable grill? (not sure if I'd bother- but we are driving so maybe I would...)

2) Besides my memory things may have changed- anyone know what kind of connections are on the TV's in the 2-bedroom units. We're meeting my folks so I'd like to be able to hook up my camcorder to show them some movies. Any chance of HD component (heard some to the WDW Hotels are moving to plasma's...)? S-video? at least composite?

1) I don't think there are any BBQ grills near the inn or adjacent buildings, but there may be some across the street near the tennis courts... If not, you may be able to buy a basic grill and charcoal at Super Walmart for a few bucks..

2) Last year when we were there, they still had the older TV's and VCR's... When we hook up the Camcorder we use the RCA cables...

No grills that I'm aware of. Maybe on the other side of the road like the other poster mentioned.

Older TV's. I think the plasmas are in the Poly rehab, and maybe the Contemporay as well.

Yes there are grills across the street -- can't tell you exact location. I believe they are charcoal. If you bring or buy your own grill, you CANNOT use it on your deck/patio -- that's a fire hazard.
