Vero question

I am looking at going to Vero the last week of March next year rather than doing Disney. I want to give it another year to hopefully get rid of the mask requirement, plus the 50th anniversary will still be going on in spring of 2023.
I have another points for a deluxe inn ocean view room or a 1 BR. The 1BR view says ocean or pool or hotel, I believe. We really want to look at the ocean. Should we just stick with the Inn room? We've never been to Vero and for us, the view does matter.
