Vero or HH in July?

Hi - am reposting this question cos it was lost in the technical glitch.

We have never visited Vero or HH and want to visit one of them in July for nine nights. There will be four of us travelling - 2 adults, a seven year old and a four year old. We are looking for a relaxing beach break with fun outdoorsy things to do. Which would suit us best based on the ages of the kids and the weather? Thanks.

Either resort would be nice, but you may have trouble getting a reservation at HH -- the summer is a peak season there. Vero is less crowded during the summer, but likely to be hotter and more humid. At HH, you will not be directly on the beach, but will have to drive or take a shuttle. At Vero, the resort is on the beach. Both resorts offer lots of activities for all ages. Hope you have a great trip.
