Vero in Mid August???

We are heading back to Dinsey in mid August and thought we'd like to stay 4 days at Vero before hand. Since we don't own at Vero what is the chance of getting an oceanview inn room at 7 months?

We'd also like to try BCV, BWV or WLV for the end of August. We want to try all of the resorts and will be thrilled to be anywhere on site but thought that it may be possible to change. Is it really busy that time of year? What's the chance of getting a studio?

Chances are excellent - summer is NOT a busy time at Vero. It's too hot & humid! The peak times are when the points are highest...spring break, christmas, etc.

My visit to vero was mid august and it was wonderful. Great swimming weather and by the beach there was a constant breeze. I did get a horrific sunburn though, my last day. A result of overconfidence since I had been fine all week.

We always book 3 nights at Vero in August and have no trouble getting a reservation 7 months out. Also this year we had 4 nights booked at Vero and were then flying home, we decided the drive from Vero to the airport would be too long so called member services 2 weeks out and swapped our last Vero day to the BWV (this was the last week in August)

An Ocean View room might be hard, but an Inn room should be doable. It's hard to get 2brms in the summer as there aren't very many of these at Vero.

We had an oceanview (top floor) 2 bedroom during our August stay. I booked it day by day at 7 months with no problem.

Thanks guys! My DH really wants to spend some time at the beach. The kids and I spent a day there in March and loved it.

Can't wait to hit the beach AND Disney World!!
