We have never stayed at Vero Beach but are looking at a few days next year. It seems all varieties of rooms are available but for a couple would you go for an Ocean View Inn room or are the normal studios better? Many thanks.
We love the Ocean View Inn Rooms. DH wanted to try a studio once, because the inn rooms have 2 queen beds, so no couch to sit on to watch TV. However, we both missed seeing the ocean from the balcony.

We were there in June and booked an ocean view studio (not an inn room) and while the room was lovely, our view was a giant palm tree that had grown in towards the balcony. We couldn't sit on our balcony because of it. My vote... Go with the inn room and the beautiful ocean view!
I love the ocean view inn rooms. You not only have the view of the ocean which the other rooms don't have but you are close to everything. VB is one of our favorite places to go.
Because I usually have at least a couple of nights on my own when I visit Vero, I much prefer the Inn Rooms. When I am out late seeing one of my favorite bands play at Hiram's, I like knowing that there will always be a working cast member on duty inside the Inn building when I return to the resort after midnight. It makes me feel more secure.
We went to celebrate my birthday and our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We had an Ocean View room and it was fabulous! It was overlooking the pool, not as noisy as I thought it would be and an awesome view of the sunrise this morning... Room #2313, third floor. I'd ask for 4th floor next time... that would be the only difference!!
I agree with an Inn room. We've stayed in one for both our visits. We liked the 2nd floor better than the 3rd because we could take the stairs if we didn't feel like waiting on an elevator.
