Vero Beach villas??

Would someone mind explaining to me the difference in villas at Vero. Say...what is the difference between studio and Inn?. Thanks!

The inn rooms are like hotel rooms with two queen sized beds. The studio rooms have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa. The inn rooms are all located in the main building (the Inn). The studios are all located attached to the other buildings.

We stayed in an oceanview inn room many years ago and thought it was more comfortable that the studio with the sleeper sofa.
