Hi there,
Im planning my first trip to Vero. We are headed in mid Feb. Please give me any and all advice you have. My questions include:

Where is best room location? We will be in a studio and interested in ocean view.

How far is it to drive from MCO? Is that the best airport to use?

What are offsite places to see/dine?

Activities for 10 yr old son? Adventurous

Resort pros...insider tips? What activities should we make sure we experience at the resort?

-->If you want a for sure ocean view, you'll need to book an "ocean view inn room" (OVIR).

How far is it to drive from MCO? Is that the best airport to use?
--->About 2 hours, you'll proably find the cheapest flights into MCO.
