Vero beach resturants

I due at vero beach first week of October hoping weather improves looks awful on line.... Does anyone know how far the resturants such as ruby Tuesdays chillis etc are from the resort

Wenever eat at the chains, as we can eat at them ant time. There are lots of local places in both Vero and Sebastian that have great food. The front desk as a list & map

Agree with PP - try some local restaurants. Many are waterfront (I can eat indoors at home).

Sebastian: Captain Hiram's, Squid Lips, Southern Sisters Cafe (great breakfast), Ay Jalisco (small local chain, really good Mexican food)

Vero Beach: Mulligans, Riverside Cafe (our favorite waterfront)

We are at Squid Lips in Sebastian this past August We really enjoyed. It was not much to look at on the outside, but it right on the water and inside was quaint. Great open restaurant with a very great t menu.

We wild definitely be back!

I agree with PP. Don't waste a meal at mediocre chain restaurants.
We like several restaurants in Sebastian, which is very close by. We eat at Squid Lips, Mulligan's, Capt Hiram's. All are different and good. We also really like the Ocean Grill in Vero.
We have had great meals at Sonya's and good meals at Shutters at DVBR.

Ocean grill is our favorite. Get there before 5 for a view. My husband loves the fried oysters. And Bloody Mary are the best.

Another vote for Captain Hiriams! We enjoyed eating waterfront than heading next door to the sand bar for drinks and music. You truly get the feel of a FL vacation, a chain restaurant can't provide that!

I agree!! This has to be one of the biggest surprises for me. I was hesitant to eat there but all the employees there just went above and beyond! Food was amazing and ocean grill is now an institution in our book!

I also think that Bobbies is also an institution as well it brings back a nostalgia to me when we eat there
