Vero Beach Point Incentive?

I recently read where those visiting VB recieved information in their room about a point incentive if you add on thru Disney? I can't find the thread, and I think someone said there was a $10 decrease in the points on the information? Can anyone who's been there recently confirm or deny any type of purchase incentive? Thanks!
