Vero Beach - Ocean View 1 Bedroom Villa

Is it possible to get a 1 bedroom villa at Vero Beach with an ocean view? I know officially ocean view is only at The Inn, but curious if maybe building 15, 3rd floor might get a decent view? Or a different request I should consider to hopefully get an ocean view in a 1 bedroom villa?

A 1 bdrm will put you on the end of the building closer to the ocean... so 3rd floor in bldg 12 or 15 has a decent chance of a view.

I don't remember our room#, but we had a partial/obstructed/decent enough view of the ocean in a 1BR a few years ago. I'm guessing it was in bldg 15.
