Vero Beach Maintenance Fees

Hi,

I hope this question has not been asked before. Can anyone explain to me why Vero Beach has the highest maintenance fees. It seems that they are almost $1 a point more than the other Disney properties.

Also, is purchasing Vero Beach less desirable than an onsite property? Vero Beach seems to sell for considerably less than the other properties.

I am seriously considering purchasing a small contract on the resale market and would like to research all options.

Because Vero is a smaller resort, there are fewer members to share the fixed expenses....resulting in higher per point costs.

While "points are points" at the 7 month mark, it's always good advice to buy where you plan to stay.
