Correct. Football starts in 5 minutes and only 2 spots face the TV for comfortable viewing: the chair and the one end of the sofa!

ETA: you can turn the TV slightly but it's just awkward sitting on the sofa now to watch TV.

Yikes... I like the Murphy beds, but sometimes they don't work.

FYI JetBlue has announced flights to Vero Beach from Boston and NYC

This is truly going to be a cluster. The Vero airport cannot handle the Breeze flights, parking being the largest issue. Space in general is going to be a complete mess. Just read local article and they have yet to figure out the capacity issues, but they acknowledge it will be a problem.

Just booked my 4th trip to VB for this coming March.

DH and I are using it as our lodging for when we attend some Spring Training baseball games for the Met , who play out of Port Saint Lucie.

We have been talking about doing this for years.

We booked an Oceanview inn room. We can not wait to see the upgrades, we stayed in an oceanfront room in 2023.

Also wondering if quick service is available mobile order and if there are resort mugs ?
DD is going with friends she was a last minute addition to the trip . So just trying to figure out food and whatnot for her ?
I assume they take Disney gift cards as well.
Magic bands ?

Mobile ordering is not available you can tie the magic bands to your stay to unlock your door and pay for things. They do take Disney gift cards, although I can’t remember if they do at the spa or not.

They also do have resort refillable mugs, and if you start or end your trip at Disney World the mug will continue to work as long as it’s within the 14 day window just keep your receipt

I'll see if I can find ours from our recent visit and will upload if I can find it/still have it.
Quick Service does not have mobile order.
There are mugs.
They do take gift cards
TO my knowledge magic bands do not work.

They do not work by default but at check in if they see them or you mention them they can tap them to their iPads to link for your stay. Still not sure why they are not able to do it at HHI.

We used them recently but they need to sync them at check in
