I don’t think so. The drive to either the left or right before the guard shack takes you to the (gated) villa parking. Guests with room keys (or Magicbands, now, I believe) can get to the under-villa parking without going by the guard shack. There are also small surface lots on each side, one near Villa 12 (to the left as you face the inn building coming from A1A) and the other near Villa 14 (to the right, ditto). Last time we were at VB (January 2020, so pre-Covid), we were still given a parking pass to place on the dashboard, but that may have since changed. We were staying in the inn building, so we made a quick left onto the roadway (Island Grove Terrace), then a right into the road that led to the under-inn parking. Entering that required a room key, but there was also a small amount of surface parking in this location that could be accessed without a room key.
