Vero Beach Garden View Inn Room

Hi,

We are staying in a GardenView Inn Room at Vero and was wondering if there was any particular location or floor I should request or stay away from.

Any info would be appreciated.

We tend to stay away from the 2nd floor as the Green Cabin Room is located there. The 3rd and 4th floors are nice. Also depending on the situation, we have reserved garden view rooms and received end rooms with a partial ocean view. The end rooms can have interesting configurations. Enjoy your stay.

The higher floors have better views - but I actually like the 2nd floor (Green Cabin Room floor) because you can use the main stairs and don't always have to take the elevator.

We were right next to the GCR last year and I'll actually request the room again this year. There's wifi on that landing. (We could pick up wifi in the room).

We were next to the laundry room on the 4th floor once and it was not a problem w/noise.

I agree with Starbox completely. We stayed on the 2nd floor two years ago very close to the Green Cabin Room. Having use of the staircase to the secod floor was huge. That elevator can get crowded in peak times.

We stayed on the 3rd floor - 1st door on the right off the elevator-- what a great room. Our room was located in the front where the covered entranced is but We had a perfect view of the Sun setting every night.

It was very quiet considering the street was right there and peaceful.

Hey Mary & crew.... I am with starbox & schmouse in that the 2nd floor is nice to have the stairway to use. Still, we have stayed on the 3rd & 4th floors and haven't really had any problems with the elevators. I have found it nice to have the laundry room on the same floor (4th). And the view is great of course.

I'll also be travelig with my elderly Mom who uses a cane. Is the main building where the garden view inn rooms located so large that I should request a room near the elevator? She can walk but I don't want it to be like---say the Boardwalk .

4th floor works best for us. elevator has never been a problem. nice to be close to laundry if you cant have one in the room.
also, most views are great. the worst one is good.
dont forget, you're on vacation, it's better than being at work!!
