Vero Beach for Easter? Any chances?

We would like to stay at VB Easter weekend. We don't own there, so I can't book until 7 months out. How busy is it there? Do we stand a chance? We are planning checking in Thursday and checking out Monday. Will be looking for an Inn Room or Studio, we'll take whatever we can get!

We go every Easter and it is always sold out. We own there so we never have a problem, thankfully. I would just call first thing in the morning of your 7 month window- I would bet there is availability ,especially if you are flexible about what room type you'll take! Definitely waitlist,too if there isn't availability - people do change plans and cancel! Good Luck!

We waitlisted a few years ago at 7 months, and got some nights for cash, some for points. I know you didn't ask this, but we were underwhelmed with the Easter activities-- egg hunt where my daughter found the golden egg, which was supposed to be a big prize. Turns out it was a water pistols that looked like they were from the dollar store. Brunch was pretty good though.

We own at VB so it's no problem. Met some people this year who managed to book a 2br at 7 months. She said it was easy getting the Fri-Sat nights but had to WL some of the weekdays. The last night came through right at 30 days, or they would have been back at SSR.

With the different system now, be on the phone right at 9am at 7months.
