Does anyone know whether the cottages have their own outside grill?

No, sorry they do not. We stayed in the cottage that was closest to the campfire area, I think it was cottage 1150, and there were two grills very close to the cottage, near the opening to the campfire pit. If you were to face the ocean from the lobby area, this cottage is the farthest cottage to the left.
