Vero Beach at Christmas?

Does anyone have experience going to the Vero Beach resort over Christmas?

I was just wondering if it was crowded.. Or if there was anything special going on over there?

Just thinking about having a relaxing, do nothing sort of weekend. Avoid all the hectic stuff that is usually going on. Right place to do it? Or the wrong idea?

I would like to know this too. I have been over New Year's, but never for Christmas.
