We really want to return to VB for a 5 night stay this year (6/22 - 6/27), but all 2BR are booked 
I'm on a day-by-day waitlist for the 5 nights (Sun-Thurs), but so far only have 1 of the 5.
Plan B is to book a stay in a nearby non-Disney resort. So far, the only one that looks even close in quality to VB and in promximity to the ocean is the Vero Beach Hotel and Club.
Anyone have any suggestions about:
(1) how I might improve my chances of getting a 2BR unit at VB for the week I want?
(2) any other resorts near VB that are right on the ocean?
