Dh, 3 teens, DD 4, and myself will (hopefully) be staying at Vero for 1 night in Nov. '07. This is just to do something different, before heading to WDW BWV for vow renewal. My question is, do you think it would be worth the points saved (28pts) to stay in the Inn? We have never been here, so we are in the dark. I enjoy balconies with views, so if the Inn does/doesn't have the best views that could be the deciding factor.
Any opinions/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Inn rooms have the best views -- from most of them, you can see the ocean, and hear the waves crashing. If you're only staying one night, and won't really need a full kitchen, stay in the Inn. It's really lovely (and very close to the pool!).

Have fun -- wish I could go, too! :cool1:

I love the ocean view of the Inn rooms (the ocean facing rooms), but if you are planning on making any meals you really will need the 2 bedroom. The Inn rooms will give you 4 queen beds as opposed to 2 kings and a pullout in the 2 bedroom. Having family time may be a bit cramped with all 6 members in one inn room. A 2 bedroom will give you plenty of room for the whole family to be together. I don't know... :confused3 I guess I would personally go with the 2 bedroom with the hopes of getting an ocean view room. We're not restaurant people and really like to make our own meals. Maybe talk it over with the teens to see how they would handle the accomodations of either choice. Good Luck. :thumbsup2

Did you say 1 night? Well then go for the inn rooms. They're amazing. We had the 2 connecting rooms above the Green Cabin Room. Nice!!!! The noise was not bad either ,considering we had a one year old at the time.

bellesister: We're the connecting rooms above the Green Cabin Room spacious? We're going in October and have requested 2 connecting OVIR. Once we stayed in some above the Green Cabin Room and they were really large rooms, another time we were there, we had rooms toward the end of the building and they were really quite small. I'd love to have two big connecting rooms! That would make my trip!

Gracelrm, I don't necessarily remember the rooms being bigger than when we previously visited in different ocean view rooms. However, this time we had a pack n play and an additional person. (The one year old) The view was awesome and would recommend these rooms to anyone. We had my parents in the connecting room, so the door was almost always open and it seemed plenty big. No space issues whatsoever. Have fun!!!!!! bellesister

We stayed in connecting OV rooms and it was very nice. For 1 night, that's what I would go for.

I would vote for 2 Inn rooms for the one night. We did this in Feb. for 5 nights and it worked great for our family of 4. Two things to remember.... 1- connecting rooms are a request and ....2- Ocean View catagory includes rooms on the north and south(pool) sides of the building as well as the east (ocean).
