Does anybody else have this? They just installed like all over Loudoun County (my county).
Anyhoo, if you have it, my question is, how the heck do you use this stinkin' remote? How the heck do you set this thing up to record!

I have it and I love it.

The remote is easy once you get used to it. The 3 essential buttons that you'll use are guide, 'OK/Enter', and the regular number buttons. The hardest part is memorizing all the new channels!

To record something, go to the guide, highlight the show you want to record, and push the red record button. That's the easiest way. The longer way is to go to your menu, go to the DVR menu, click on the 'Add A Recording' option, and go from there. It's long and much harder than the other way I mentioned.

I dont have it. My grandparents do. They really like it. Our area was the test market for it.
