Verizon Fios: Is Your Email Working?

We got Verizon Fios right before Memorial Day and it is the worst choice we ever made. Our Verizon home page and email have been down all day and they have no idea when the service might be up again! Is your Fios working and allowing you to check your email?

I use FIOS no problems what so ever. My mom uses their email (I choose not to) and since I happen to know her account, I signed in. No problems. I would call tech support. Sorry you are having problems.

Tech support told us the problem is nationwide.

Mine is working fine...I have the webmail version up, and I was able to use the Outlook from home also today..

I had alot of trouble getting into my email yesterday. Had to go in through the Yahoo homepage. Today the Verizon homepage still has an error message, but I can click on messages and then email and it goes directly to my inbox. I run a Mac and use Safari for internet access which is not always compatible. Try the online tech support if you are still having difficulty I was on with them yesterday and rep gave me a series of things to do and try. Good luck

We are unable to access any of the Verizon pages. On hold with Tech Support for 20 minutes and counting.

i tried and when i logged in it said server error.

However, that I think is the 1st time I ever tried..

the rest of VZ's sites worked.
