Verify a 4 bed villa in Windsor Hills

I am renting a villa during end of Oct and wanted to know if anyone in the area can verify that the house is not on sale and that it looks good to rent.

You can also try looking on the Zillow site. It shows homes that are for sale or recently sold. I'm sure there's a time lag there but it might give you an idea.
I typed in Teascone Blvd just to get the map in the Windsor Hills area and if that doesn't work we'll be staying at WH starting on the 26th and could have a look.

If you zoom in you can click on the exact house lot and it will show any activity.
