Hello, we are going on the 4night Wonder Cruise, Dec 1st.
My Mom and I along with my children ages, 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 (then).
I'm a little nervous about having a verandah(with kids) but it's for my Mom.
Can you tell me about them please .
Thanks

For the truly paranoid, I recommend a Navigators Verandah(although you should be fine with a regular one). Navs. are more solid. I have pics. on my website at www.castawayclub.com

Thank-you Tammy.
Barb, I think we would love a navigators verandah but will they take two adults and two kids? I thought they only slept up to 3?
Is there a way around this?
Thanks... and Love your site!

You are correct.

Unfortunately, no.

We have cruised 3 times with my 2 young DDs (now 5 and 4) and had a verandah each time. I was also a little nervous about it. Our first cruise they were 3 and 2. Bottom line -- we never let them go out there alone and made sure the door was locked when no one was out there. I really didn't think there was any way they could have hurled their little bodies over the rail (even if standing on a chair - -which I didn't let them do either), but I never wanted to take that chance. Have a great cruise!
