Vera Bradley - UD: Question about orders?

They're closed tomorrow. :headache:

I'm just so pissed off now! The money hasn't even been taken out (the other charge was for some other store, similar numbers though), but yesterday I got the "your order has been shipped" email. WTH? I still haven't gotten an order confirmation email! Then when I click the tracking number and put it in UPS, it gives me a package in October to Massachusetts!

I'm pretty cheesed off. I did NOT pay almost $10 in shipping for this. After my package comes, you bet I'm sending them an email.

For a first time customer, I'm not impressed. :sad2: I'm going to let them know that too in the email. I understand that it's holiday season but changes obviously need to be made to their computer system. Seriously, how can you ship an item and not charge a person for it? No discount code is that good! :rotfl:
 
That's super odd. I really hope it gets worked out; call or email asap.
