Vera Bradley - UD: Question about orders?

They're closed tomorrow.

I'm just so pissed off now! The money hasn't even been taken out (the other charge was for some other store, similar numbers though), but yesterday I got the "your order has been shipped" email. WTH? I still haven't gotten an order confirmation email! Then when I click the tracking number and put it in UPS, it gives me a package in October to Massachusetts!

I'm pretty cheesed off. I did NOT pay almost $10 in shipping for this. After my package comes, you bet I'm sending them an email.

For a first time customer, I'm not impressed. I'm going to let them know that too in the email. I understand that it's holiday season but changes obviously need to be made to their computer system. Seriously, how can you ship an item and not charge a person for it? No discount code is that good!
