I want to get my Mom a nice big Vera Bradley bag for Mother's Day, anyone have any good tips on where to go for the best deal? TIA!!!

Some of the patterns are 60% or 50% off right now. Not sure if you need a code as I saw that sale in an email this morning. We have an outlet nearby so I usually go there. Most stores that sell them all have the same retail pricing unless they are a discontinued pattern or style.

I find the best deals just watching verabradley.com. I check pretty frequently as sometimes there are just 1-2 day sales that are over quickly. AS the PP said, there are colors right now at 50% or 60% off. As long as you are somewhat flexible on the pattern you purchase, you can find great deals buying straight from Vera.

ETA: but, the great sales do go quickly. Like I think right now the Large Duffel is sold out of all of the deep sale patterns. So you would do well to check often and grab the bag you want if you see it on sale. Signing up for their emails should get you most sale notifications, but some sales are not always advertised through email. Signing up for the emails will also get you a one-time use code for $20 off a $75 purchase.

I buy most of my VB on ebay. Great prices and a lot of times you'll get it new with tags.

I just got a catalog is the mail that stated starting May 1, spend $100 and get a free MOM bracelet.

I always get my Vera stuff on the website. I only buy the sale colors and can usually get a good deal.

I have gotten some great deals on Ebays, new with tags. The totes are nice if you want a large bag. I personally like the smaller bags.

If you didn't order yet, today only there is an extra 25% off sale styles/colors. The new price shows up in your cart.

Got my mom a hipster for $33!

it's really worth it if you combine a percentage off with a sale item. For $100, I got $20 off, I bought all sale items. I got a scarf, gloves, a free three pack makeup trio, and two handbags. I liked the sale colors better than the full price ones anyway.

Check for local outlets - that's the best pricing, and they always have huge holiday sales. I don't care if it's a 'current' pattern - I just like what I like and that helps when looking for options.
