Venting!!! >:/

I'm angry. Ok, here's the story. I have a big group of friends. There are 10 of us total. We've been great friends for a couple years now. Naturally, everyone is closer to one or two people, which is fine. We also usually pair off and do stuff on the weekends without everyone else. That's fine. But then this past school year, we've kind of crumbled apart. But then we would repair and be back to normal again. It's really stupid.

Some of my "friends" have been acting really stupid lately. We all went to a friend's graduation party, and four of them didn't talk to the rest us. Then whenever me and the other girls would walk up to hang out with them, they would all shut up. It was so obvious that they were talking about us. I don't know what I or the rest of my friends did, but they are so mad at us for something.

So I invited them over for a big pool party, and I asked that everyone would RSVP so I would know how many people would be coming. And suspiciously, all four of them didn't even reply to let me know they weren't coming. I don't care if you can't make it, but atleast step up and say you can't make it!

Then yesterday was one of the girl's birthday. I sent her a text message saying Happy Birthday and I asked her how her driving test went (again, I stepped up and despite all the drama and "fighting", I still was nice and friendly!) I was at work all day, so I couldn't call her, so I thought a text message would suffice. I assumed she was probably swimming all day or something, so I wasn't expecting an immediate reply. But I have yet to receive a reply.

This is soo frustrating! I have no idea what I did and it's really bugging me! Does anyone else have this problem, or am I the only freak with messed up friends?!

i kinda have the same problem.
like im starting highschool this year [9th grade] and this past school year i was friends with this girl, and we were both friends with this guy.. and we both didn't do ANYTHING whatsoever to her and she just started talking all this trash about us and being super mean and me and him were like ummm, did we miss something? but yeah theres a lot i havent said but thats most of it. shes a BRAT though, i dont know whose reading this so i didnt want to use offensive language....but you all probably know what i mean.

The problem here might be jealousy because they see you guys are closer to more people and get along better.
I had the same problem, just try to ignore it and if they dont come around then their missing out on something really good.

Yeah, I don't know what their problem is. And everytime I invite them over to hang out and try to fix the problem, they ignore it.
