Venting about Reservations phone call!

Every time I speak to a customer service person who's english is their second language, I cross that company off of my list of places to buy things from. I should not have to strain to understand what the person is saying.

yes i have to agree with you bddaddy i go through this travel agent called kingdommagictravel and i work with this wonderful woman named joyce she really wants you to have a magical time. i have dealt with her twice so far and this woman works 7 days a week she has called me on sundays and her day off thursday she always seems to be working and she is extremely friendly and very helpful we enjoy working with her and will continue with her,
