venting about Kindergarten to-dos

Gosh we are very lucky if we get a thank you from our parents. I teach at a private school here in Scotland and I was overjoyed when the form class I have had for 6 years clubbed together to buy me a bottle of champagne and a Winnie the pooh - they know I love Disney. Unfortunately somebody in another class stole Winnie.

I would have gone over the edge when someone told me I was "supposed" to get a gift certificate!

I love DS pre-school teacher. She is a treasure. We gave her a gift at Christmas and will give her a gift at "graduation" because we we choose to. How a person chooses to show their appreciation for the people in their lives should be left up to them.

As for the scrapbooking plan - nice idea, lousy execution.
