I am sooo frustrated. For the second time in five months, UPS in Orlando has lost a time sensitive package on me. This time it was concert tickets and a photopass that were sent from a bands NYC based record label's office, next day on Tuesday. So I should have had them yesterday. When they hadn't showed by noon today I called the publicist, and she tracked the package. The last known whereabouts was UPS in Orlando, yesterday. They have no idea where the package is. The show is tonight.

Like I said, this is the second time in five months from two different senders--basically the fifth UPS package I've gotten (or should have gotten) in that time frame. That's a pretty bad track record. And looking at the tracking, the problem is always here in Orlando, not at the origin point or inbetween. :mad: :mad:

I have had 2 problems with UPS out of Orlando in the last 2 months.

The package always says it's at the Orlando something or other and that's the last I hear of it for days.

I guess they need to get their act together over there.

I'm not the sender, so I don't control it. At work we only use FedEx for exactly this reason. It's more expensive, but it's more reliable.

I am so sorry this has happened to you. I refuse to USPS to ship to my brother in Bakersfield. Twice now a package has taken two weeks to be delivered priority mail.
