Vent!!!! UPDATE: Problem Solved!

Is your problem solved? I couldn't do it either on the website. Problem was I needed two rooms for a family of seven. The website just didn't get it. Phone was a problem to 15 minutes on hold long distance. Ended up using smallworld travel. Problem solved.

Same problem...wanted two rooms, can't do it on website
can't stay on hold that long with CRO, I work full time and have six kids and you know what? there isnt enough hours in the day!

If you're mac doesn't access the site probably, its a software issue on macs end, not disney's.

As for calling for reservations, I've never spent time on hold, its always near instant.

I've always been on hold, the only variable is how long will I be on hold...lol...and no i dont have a mac, I have a pc and satellite internet connection.

Thanks but that number is for Disney CRUISE LINE only. I need a room on land.

And 800-828-0228 is not valid and tells you to call (407)828-8101 or go online, LOL.

The winner is: 877-939-3732 but they are currently unable to take my call.
