I just want to say that I would never judge you (or anyone else that doesn't have an obvious disability) to your face. I would never tsk-tsk you, or flash you a dirty look, or scold you or go up to you and ask what you are doing on that spot. However if I see someone like the woman today doing something that I would have a hard time doing, so easily I will question whether or not you are truly disabled. I have seen my share of people who abuse the system so I am skeptical by nature, so when I see something like what I saw to today I do assume the worst. Its not something I'm proud of, its just how I am.

You don't have to explain anything to me...I told you it's human nature to question some things. I understand why you were venting. I totally get it. I hope I didn't make things worse about saying I understood what a good day is like. I know that even my DH and DD's are confused when I have a really good day, because it seems like I'm faking all the bad days. Does that make sense? I really just wanted you to know that I understand where you are coming from and I understand where those who disagree with you are coming from. It's a hot button topic and sometimes these discussions get intense. That's why I posted the silly picture, hoping people would just get a little laugh in between all the tension.

I have to say that there are a few on your list that would make lifting 80lbs in and out of a cart, or even pushing that around a store kind of difficult.

Oh for crying out loud it's not like THAT. I just mean I get fuzzy a little. It's the walking that kills me the most.

It's not like I'm going to hit anybody, if I'm having THAT bad of a day I don't leave the house. And yes I still have a license, like I said- 80% of the year I function just fine.
