OP my dad was a lot like yours, very cruel I don't think he ever understood how his words hurt like crazy. In all my 34 years he has never said he loves me or anything really nice to me. Have you ever heard the Greastest Man I have never known by Reba McEnitre it reminds me of my dad and I relationship. He has a different relationship with all of my siblings.
