Velveeta Cheese Dip

They used to have a recipe on the box which I can not longer find. Does anyone have the recipe for a dip where you just use the cheese and sour cream, I believe. I would need to know how much of each to use. Thanks!

Ingredients
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up

1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream


Preparation
Microwave prepared cheese product in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH 4 minutes or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes.

STIR in sour cream. Microwave 1 minute. Serve hot with potato chips.

We use a small package or half a large package of Velveeta cubed and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave about six minutes, stirring a couple times. You can also use salsa, but we like the tomatoes better.

Try the Ro-tel with cilantro for a little different taste...ummmm!

We go the whole way with chili cheese dip in the crockpot.....

Usually we do a double batch.... but have been known to quadruple it as well!

Chili Cheese Dip

1 lb. Velveeta (NOT LIGHT)
1 lb. Ground Beef (browned)
1 8-10 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)
2 tsp. worschestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

Cube the cheese.... put in all ingr. and cook on high in crockpot for one hour stirring occasionally.

Watch it disappear!
