I have a stay booked at AKL, booked through Disney, but not booked online. Their website doesn't have a disclaimer that one can only view reservations made online, but it won't come up when I put in the # and phone #. Am I doing something wrong?
have you got your reservation through yet (the paper confirmation), mine had the wrong phone number on it - when I put in the phone number on the sheet, it magically appeared
I know, only once have I ever been able to see my reservations online. I've tried at different times of the day and night. Almost all of the time it says that the system is down or busy and to try again later.
I'm having that trouble too. My reservations are through a travel agent. I entered her phone number, her company's phone number, and my phone number, and none worked. When I called Disney, they had my reservation on the computer but couldn't see the phone number associated with it since it was through an agent.
I don't know what magic information I'm going to see on the site that makes me want it to work. I guess I won't really believe I'm going until I read it on the official Disney site!

Since I changed my ressies from AKL to BC two weeks ago, I thought I would log on to disney and look at my new ressies! Surprise! Website says this reservation has been cancelled! I knew I was using the new conf. code.
So I called in a panic... CRO says "you're fine, you're at the BC". Says the website won't show ressies made by phone. WHAT?
