Cool Veggie Pizza
1 pkg crescent rolls (8 oz)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
1 Tbl mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp dried dill weed
To taste Salt & Pepper
2 c assorted fresh veggies*
Preheat oven to 350. Unroll & separate crescent dough. On large round stone, arrange triangles in a circle with points in the center. Using lightly floured bakers roller, roll out dough to a 12 circle, pressing seams together to seal. Bake 12 - 15 min until light golden brown. Remove & cool.
Combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic & dill weed.** Season with salt & pepper. Mix well & spread evenly over crust.
Sprinkle veggies over top of pizza.
Yield: 10 servings
* coarsely chopped - broccoli, cauliflower
diced or sliced - cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, green onion
slided - mushrooms
grated - carrot
crinkle cut - zucchini, summer squash
** all-purpose dill mix can be substituted for dill weed
