Vegetarian options

Hi, I am new to the forum and have a question about vegetarian options in the Disney rest.

Anyone have experience with this? I have been checking out menus and I fear that I will not be able to eat while we are there. My kids are generally veggie as well. So I am concerned.

Any experiences/resources would be appreciated!

We haven't made reservations yet. But the trip isn't until October.
We have a 6, 4 and twin 2 year olds.
